Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Leader to oversee the architecture and operational excellence of global network and server systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global network and server infrastructure
• Oversee IT support operations and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident and problem management
• Implement security controls and compliance frameworks, guiding the organization toward CMMC 2.0 certification

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in network and server management or equivalent education and experience
• Experience implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) with SLAs, incident, and problem management
• Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
• Advanced experience in enterprise application development
• Proven leadership in security and compliance frameworks such as CMMC 2.0
