Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and documentation of business requirements and system enhancement scope for projects
• Drive scope management and facilitate discussions with project teams to define functional and technical requirements
• Monitor and report on project status, issues, and risks while serving as a subject matter expert for junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in functional system requirements analysis
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Experience in facilitating project teams and managing conflict
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
