Virginia Licensed Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer who will lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules for enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on business process and service management best practices and shape strategies for digital transformation initiatives
• Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring secure and scalable architectures
• Customize ServiceNow modules and develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and advanced flows using relevant scripting tools

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building
• Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP, ITSM, and DEVOPS
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is required
• SPM Certification is required
