IT Change Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Change Management Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with IT engineering teams to ensure high-quality automation integrations with IT Change Management practices
• Develop scripts and playbooks to automate infrastructure changes and deployments triggered by approved change requests
• Ensure automated deployments are compliant with change policies and auditable through ServiceNow

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations
• Understanding of IT Service Management practices
