Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing IT service delivery
• Proven expertise with productivity and collaboration tools in enterprise-wide rollouts
• Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex environments
• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks
