Senior Director of Identity Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director Identity Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the enterprise identity security strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee workforce identity lifecycle management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead IAM planning during mergers and acquisitions to ensure secure identity transitions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; Master's strongly preferred
• 12+ years of progressive IAM and Information Security experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience applying AI and ML technologies to IAM use cases
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based IAM platforms such as Okta or Azure AD
• Strong track record of IAM leadership during mergers and acquisitions
