Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable technology solutions that streamline HR processes using low-code/no-code platforms
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize HR operations through intelligent system design
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities into HR solutions to improve decision-making and employee experience
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in business systems analysis, solution architecture, or application development
- Strong understanding of business operations, process design, and digital transformation
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms and scripting languages
- Experience with integration tools and APIs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred
