Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Automation Solutions Architect who will enhance HR processes and systems through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable technology solutions that streamline HR processes using low-code/no-code platforms
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize HR operations through intelligent system design
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into HR solutions to improve decision-making and employee experience

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in business systems analysis, solution architecture, or application development
• Strong understanding of business operations, process design, and digital transformation
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms and scripting languages
• Experience with integration tools and APIs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred
