Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement applications and workflows based on business requirements
- Analyze user needs and prepare documentation for system development and enhancements
- Provide technical support and training to department staff on information systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, TypeScript, and .NET
- Familiarity with relational database management systems (SQL Server or Oracle)
- Understanding of project management methodologies and systems analysis processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
