Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Managed Services and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery to meet client expectations and SLAs, implementing improvements as needed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Lead and develop the Managed and Cloud Engineering team, fostering collaboration and excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proven track record of managing service delivery and client relationships
• Experience with service management frameworks such as ConnectWise
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
