Position Overview

Alliance HCM is looking for a skilled and adaptable Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our Development Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about CRM technology and business process optimization to enhance our Salesforce platform that supports our HR and payroll solutions for thousands of businesses nationwide. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable, automated solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Platform Administration – Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, and security settings across multiple Salesforce applications. I.e..Account Engagement, Sales Engagement, Sales & Service Cloud.
• User Support & Training – Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end users across the organization.
• Sales Cloud Management – Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features, including opportunity management, third-party sales tools (i.e, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.), and sales processes.
• Marketing Cloud Management – Manage Marketing Cloud connections, synchronized data extensions, journey builder automations, and email template development to support comprehensive customer engagement campaigns.
• Service Cloud Implementation – Design and maintain Service Cloud functionality, including case management, knowledge base, entitlements, and SLA configurations.
• Omni-Channel Configuration – Set up and manage Omni-Channel routing, queues, and agent capacity models to optimize customer service delivery across multiple channels.
• Case Management & Automation – Design sophisticated case routing rules, escalation processes, auto-response rules, and workflow automation to streamline support operations.
• AI Integration – Implement and configure Agentforce and manage Einstein features to enhance agent productivity and customer experience through intelligent automation.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and management
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
• Experience implementing and configuring Agentforce and Einstein AI features
• Strong experience with Omni-Channel setup, routing, and queue management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and security models

Nice to Have
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience implementing and configuring Agentforce and Einstein AI features
• Experience with Knowledge Management, article types, and data categories
• Familiarity with CTI integration and telephony systems
