Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Jira/Confluence and/or ServiceNow admin role
• Advanced knowledge of Jira/Confluence and/or ServiceNow setup and administration
• Experience with JavaScript programming language
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator with knowledge of best practices
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence admin interface and functions
