Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to support its Salesforce Team by working with stakeholders to design, implement, and improve business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
- Prepare and review functional specifications with customers to obtain sign-off
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes while managing multiple projects concurrently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with two years of systems analysis experience, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience
- Two years of experience in functional design and requirements in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Lightning capabilities
- Familiarity with relational databases and ability to create basic SQL queries
- Certificates from recognized programs may substitute for up to six months of experience
