Integrations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Analyst to support enterprise integration solutions and enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, execution, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions for seamless data flow
• Document and enforce processes for managing integration points, ensuring quality control and issue resolution
• Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot integration issues and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of IT experience focused on integration solutions
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and APIs; Salesforce and Informatica experience preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and integration technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite and Tableau
• Hands-on experience with tools like Sterling Gentran Server and credit card processing systems
