• Master's degree with 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 8 years of related experience
• Experience in applying technology within business environments
• Ability to make decisions within established company policies
• Experience advising staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Accountability for department results and establishing procedures
