Senior M365 System Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. M365 System Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Intranet
• Monitor operational queues and ensure high standards of customer service in Microsoft 365 environments
• Collaborate with teams to identify efficiencies and improve existing processes

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and associated technologies
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of tasks
• Experience with M365 migrations and hybrid Exchange deployments
• Hands-on experience managing high-priority incidents and on-call rotations
• Microsoft certifications are a plus
