Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 CE, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Define system integration strategies with external systems and oversee data migration and application lifecycle management
- Establish governance, best practices, and mentor technical team members to align solutions with Enterprise Architecture principles
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in the Customer Service Module
- Strong understanding of system integration strategies and data migration processes
- Experience in establishing governance and coding standards in a technical environment
- Familiarity with Azure services and third-party application integrations
- Experience in mentoring and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
