Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and processes
• Lead access certification programs and manage enterprise privileged access management initiatives
• Provide tier-3 support for complex issues and mentor junior staff members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; or Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in identity and access management or related field
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects
• One or more relevant professional certifications required (e.g., CISSP, Epic Security Administrator)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud identity services
