Epic Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Specialist, Cadence to lead projects and improve clinical or business information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and manage critical incidents while providing expert guidance
• Continuously advance knowledge of current products and participate in professional development
• Optimize workflows by recommending modifications and applying user experience design principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) and Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve
• 7 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Able to act independently with minimal oversight and advise less experienced team members
• Preferred: Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM) and healthcare experience
