Tech Solution Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTA Operations Tech Solution Analyst (Program Manager Tech 5).

Key Responsibilities

• Support system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization efforts of the new system
• Manage picklists, role-based permission structures, and communication templates for user experience and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, document processes, and support configuration changes

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM platform including system configuration and testing
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems and their integration workflows
• Strong skills in system testing, defect tracking, and resolution
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive process documentation
• Expertise in TA/HR system configuration management, including field management and role-based permission design
