Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITIL Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and governing ITIL processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of ITIL processes including Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem, and Asset Management
- Promote adherence to ITIL best practices and facilitate ITSM workflows in ServiceNow
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT incidents, problems, and changes while providing regular reporting and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT service management, specifically handling incidents, problems, and changes
- 1+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM modules
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL Framework (v3 or v4) and certification (Foundation required; Intermediate or above preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment
