A company is looking for a Workday HCM Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
• Design and optimize system configurations, data flows, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Workday modules and ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of HRIS experience, with a focus on HCM and reporting in a technical capacity
• 5 years of experience with Workday configuration and implementation
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and related modules
• Certifications in Workday HCM and Workday Integration preferred
