Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Architect & Strategist to shape its enterprise AI strategy and drive responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the company's AI strategy in alignment with business priorities
• Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high-value use cases
• Prototype, test, and scale AI solutions across departments while ensuring compliance and security

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Copilot)
• Skilled in prompt engineering, workflow design, and reusable playbooks
• Knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and ITSM/CRM integrations
• Awareness of deployment practices for secure and compliant AI solutions
