Global Telephony Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Telephony Engineer to manage and support its telephony environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Five9 dialer platform
• Manage and maintain SIP trunking infrastructure to ensure call quality and cost-effectiveness
• Administer Asterisk-based PBX systems, including configuration and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing complex telephony systems in a call center environment
• Deep understanding of VoIP technologies, including SIP, GSM, and RTP
• Extensive experience with Asterisk PBX administration
• Experience with dialer platforms such as Five9 or Genesys is highly desirable
• Vendor negotiation and management experience
