IT Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Manager to oversee IT operations remotely from the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, upgrading, configuring, and testing hardware and software components
• Train employees to use software and hardware, and troubleshoot related issues
• Analyze departmental needs and processes to identify vulnerabilities and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
• Ten or more years of experience in IT management
• Experience troubleshooting systems and skilled in database programming and software installation
• Deep knowledge of iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Teams
• Yardi experience preferred
