Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS / Cloud - HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements and processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Design and configure contingent worker programs and manage integrations with third-party benefit providers
• Deliver and support Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities including Time and Labor, Payroll, and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications suite, including Core HR and Recruiting Cloud
• Technical knowledge of SQL*Plus and PL/SQL coding
• Experience configuring foreign countries in HCM Cloud
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS applications suite
