A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst responsible for supporting ServiceNow projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into actionable business plans and document required system changes
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, reviewing and writing requirements, and communicating changes
- Manage Business Governance processes and prioritize enhancement requests for electronic channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- General knowledge of information technology, specifically user-centered design for mobile/web applications
- Experience in medium scale project planning and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skills to mentor less experienced team members
