IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst responsible for supporting ServiceNow projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into actionable business plans and document required system changes
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, reviewing and writing requirements, and communicating changes
• Manage Business Governance processes and prioritize enhancement requests for electronic channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• General knowledge of information technology, specifically user-centered design for mobile/web applications
• Experience in medium scale project planning and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Skills to mentor less experienced team members
