Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join their technical support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair hardware and software components, including servers and airport-specific equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and passenger-facing technology
- Respond to technical incidents impacting airport services and maintain accurate documentation of system configurations
Required Qualifications
- Proven IT field support experience, preferably in airport or transportation environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS and airline coordination platforms
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
