Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Systems Specialist to support and enhance technology solutions for a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Slack workspaces, build automation and workflows, and integrate with other tools
• Support employees with Microsoft apps and coordinate with Managed Service Providers for advanced needs
• Configure, test, and manage software for banking technologies while acting as a liaison with vendors

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with mortgage lending or core banking technologies
• Proficiency in Slack automations and Microsoft 365 apps
• Experience with vendor coordination
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with HelpDesk platforms is a plus
