Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the 24/7/365 Network Operations Center, including planning, implementation, and support
- Hire, train, and develop NOC staff while managing day-to-day operations
- Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data center/WAN/LAN/telecommunication administration and network operations management, with 3+ years managing NOC teams
- Experience in implementing call center and contact center solutions for enterprises
- In-depth knowledge of data center facilities management and large-scale storage area networks (SAN)
- Preferred degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems including SIP, PBX, and call routing
