Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for applications and systems, including 24 x 7 on-call support
- Design, develop, and deploy contact center solutions, including IVR call flows and contact routing
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Genesys Contact Center
- Mandatory GCP certification; ITIL Foundation preferred
- Experience with SIP protocols and Genesys Framework and Architecture
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR and call routing
