IT Risk Managing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Risk Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and engage with clients on IT audits, compliance assessments, and business process improvements
• Review and approve engagement scope, project plans, and risk assessments while identifying areas for improvement
• Develop client relationships, manage engagement economics, and contribute to business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Certified CISA, CIA, or equivalent auditing certification with substantial IT audit experience
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Audit, or a related field; non-certified hires must obtain certification within one year
• 12 years of experience in public accounting or industry related to IT audit or Information Security
• Strong technical knowledge of SOX IT General Controls, COSO, SOC 1, and SOC 2
• Entrepreneurial mindset with effective project management skills
