Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, develop workflows, and build custom applications
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support platform upgrades and stay ahead of industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience with large-scale, enterprise deployments
• Deep expertise with ITSM, HRSD, FSM or other ServiceNow modules
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
