Database Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Support Engineer for an evening weekend shift in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on TimescaleDB, including administration and optimization
• Manage support cases from initiation to resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Technical support experience with external customers
• Aptitude for learning new software products
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
