Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security & Compliance Team Lead to oversee cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with government standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse cybersecurity team while managing security and vulnerability reports
• Support technical troubleshooting and act as a subject matter expert on security practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement company-wide security improvements and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cybersecurity or security/compliance teams
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and US/EU regulations
• Strong technical background in vulnerability management and incident response
• Experience with talent management and developing high-performing teams
• Familiarity with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
