IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Contractor for a 6-month remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the IT User Lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Oversee the Computer/Device Lifecycle, including procurement, delivery, support, and retrieval
• Provide first-level IT support to users

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Support or IT Operations role within a global environment
• Experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level Mac and Windows operating systems
• Hands-on experience with administration and integration of SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Slack)
• Fluency in at least one scripting language (e.g., bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPNs)
