MFA Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MFA Consultant on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues, including troubleshooting and user education
• Handle password resets and assist users with account recovery, leading the transition to passkey authentication
• Develop and maintain documentation for security support procedures and create training materials for end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles, focusing on security tasks
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, including MFA and password management
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for user authentication issues
• Basic understanding of information security principles and network protocols
