IT Engineer, Automation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer, Automation & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT operations support, manage user accounts, and oversee mobile device management
• Design and maintain scalable integrations and automations, enabling teams to leverage AI solutions
• Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide technical support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub workflows and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with coding (Python/React/Ruby) for production bug resolution and deploying fixes
• Knowledge of REST API integration and AI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI)
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and mobile device management
