Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for internal IT support teams, resolving complex technical issues
- Identify, investigate, and document software bugs and defects in clinical applications
- Support cloud-based deployments and application rollouts in collaboration with IT and DevOps teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a support, development, DevOps, or implementation role focused on technical operations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems across cloud, network, and application layers
- Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub, ArgoCD, and AWS services
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration languages such as Python, Bash, and YAML
