Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation and rollout of new ServiceNow modules, including configuration and deployment
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, including at least one full-cycle implementation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and ITSM modules
• Experience configuring workflows, scripting in JavaScript/Glide, and using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
