A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation and rollout of new ServiceNow modules, including configuration and deployment
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, including at least one full-cycle implementation
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and ITSM modules
- Experience configuring workflows, scripting in JavaScript/Glide, and using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
