Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes and gather user requirements through various methods
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and visualization to develop business requirements and assist in prioritization
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and conduct gap analysis
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA with emphasis in computer science, information systems, or business administration
- 5-7 or more years of related work experience
- Experience with life, annuity, and universal life (UL) products
- Strong technical background with data analysis and presentation skills
- In-depth experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps
