Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Senior Application Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for Oracle ERP and EPM systems, resolving advanced issues related to access, data integrity, system configuration, and performance
- Monitor and manage support queues, ensuring SLAs are met and tickets are prioritized effectively
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution efforts for recurring incidents, while mentoring Level 1 support analysts
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience with Oracle ERP and EPM systems
- 4-6+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP, EPM, or enterprise business systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion), EDM, or related Oracle modules preferred
- BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform and JIRA or similar project management software preferred
