Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Plant IT Infrastructure and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Infrastructure team and manage technology supporting plant operations
• Deliver a top-tier Smart Manufacturing ecosystem and advance Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Oversee IT Infrastructure project delivery and implement IT standards and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in driving large-scale technology initiatives
• Experience in developing and executing IT strategies for manufacturing technology
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
