Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fusion SaaS SCM Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional customer service support, troubleshooting complex issues
• Implement and support Fusion SaaS SCM modules, offering advice on business process integration
• Conduct impact analysis and prepare update plans for SaaS updates, ensuring effective communication with customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Fusion SaaS SCM
• US Citizenship is mandatory due to government system access requirements
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service, Autonomous Database, and related technologies
• Flexibility to work off hours and weekends as needed
