Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level IT support to executives, addressing complex technical issues across various systems
- Act as the final escalation point for unresolved technical problems, ensuring timely solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues and support enterprise initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a Tier 3 or senior executive support role
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, and mobile device platforms
- Experience with AV systems and remote troubleshooting in various environments
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and customer service orientation
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CompTIA are strongly preferred
