Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional IT system performance and support for users
• Manage, maintain, and streamline the tech stack, including identity and endpoint solutions
• Help onboard new employees and develop business continuity procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related field, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in IT, particularly in Helpdesk/Specialist/Systems Administration roles
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows and MacOS environments, G Suite, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code/PaaS solutions and scripting languages
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
