IT Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Lead to manage user access and provide troubleshooting support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MSP to implement and manage Microsoft 365 services
• Administer user identities, licensing, and configurations across Microsoft 365 and third-party SaaS platforms
• Provide third-level technical support and act as an escalation point for vendor-supported services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience supporting cloud-based applications in a remote or hybrid environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and licensing
• Proven experience with Entra ID
• Understanding of security best practices for SaaS access and device management
