NOSC Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOSC Analyst Lead (Overnight) to provide technical support and oversight for FCC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor the enterprise infrastructure and coordinate incident resolution
• Engage support teams and maintain documentation for issues and resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Active CompTIA A+ certification or higher within 6 months of hire
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management solutions
• Ability to provide rotating site support (24x7) in a high-paced environment
