Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in AI, data, or automation roles
• Proven track record of building AI and data functions from the ground up
• Experience delivering compliance-ready solutions in regulated sectors
• Strong understanding of IT operations and service delivery
• Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs and knowledge of prompt engineering
