Systems Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Configuration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Build forms, workflows, templates, and system structures based on specifications
• Conduct testing and validation of builds to ensure functionality and compliance before go-live
• Develop and maintain implementation materials to support end-user system education and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, health IT, information systems, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in system configuration, EMR/EHR, or workflow build (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems or processes and workflows in behavioral health (preferred)
• Computer proficiency, including MS365 (specifically Excel) & Smartsheet (preferred)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities between implementation and project work
