System Administrator IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and provide technical support for computers and applications, including management and security tools
• Administer printers and print-related services, as well as manage user domains and server systems
• Provide second-level IT support and informally supervise first-level IT support and student workers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Five years of relevant experience, with equivalent education or training considered
• Experience managing Windows and MacOS clients and servers
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools and network-related technologies (e.g., DHCP, DNS)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement changes with managerial approval
